Ate there on a Saturday night, not many people and the food was luke warm at best. They have an OVERPRICED buffet, and the food is not worth the money. I have been to them all over the past 10 or 15 years and let me tell you, there are so many better places to play and stay. This has to be the worst casino in New York. I guess when the tech and gaming attendant tell you to go play down. 600 dollars on Multi Card Keno, 2 dollars a bet (.10 cents a card) never hit more than 5 numbers. It is like they cap you out on hitting only 5 numbers out of 9. It is impossible to hit any thing on them. Keno machines are the WORSE! I have never seen anything like the ones at Turning Stone. Can not tell you how many players have said to me 'I would be better off playing Lotto'. Instead of lowering the limits to get people to play they would rather have dealer stand there alone watching everyone walk by. You would think how the boast about being rated so high in so many publications, they would update the rooms. Tried the Emerald, they got rid of 3/4 of the menu.
